Agency Registration

Applications for participation must be submitted by February 19. Payment and official registration can be submitted at the same time through our registration website.

Exhibits and Handouts

All displays must be no higher than 8 feet with displays of 6 feet in height or less desired. We require a backdrop for each display if your exhibit doesn't incorporate one – the FEB will contract for delivery and setup for all agencies.  If your display is over 8 feet, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.to review options.   Please provide detailed descriptions of displays, to include physical dimensions (footprint, weight/power needs) and staffing to allow FEB to design a layout that will accommodate all participants.  If you fail to submit detailed exhibit dimensions you may be automatically excluded from the event.

Free standing pop-up banners are welcome. 

Vehicles & Food (Candy) Giveaways

Mall management must approve all vehicles regardless of type or use.  Please list the vehicles you'd like to bring to Mall (including their make and model) for approval.  Please call the FEB Office (612) 713-7200 for the Rosedale Center Vehicle Rules (NOTE: there may be additional fees for fire marshall approval to have a vehcile in the mall.).  This would apply to aircraft, snowmobiles or other craft too. 

Please contact the FEB Office (612) 713-7200 if you plan to hand out food or candy.  

Agency Costs

There is a registration fee of ONLY $125 payable to "FEB Treasurer" or via credit card (VISA, MC) to cover interagency coordination expenses for the event.

Registration will open after the first meeting on February 6.  At that time fees can be paid via the Online FEB Registration website (a secure website). Registration is open until February 6, 2018. The only other potential costs for the event for an agency could include:

  • Personnel costs (for agencies to have personnel at the Mall)
  • Transportation costs

The mall will provide 6 foot tables and chairs as part of the registration fee.
